Die finnische Tänzerin Frida besuchte 2013–2022 die Ballettschule der Finnischen Nationaloper in Helsinki, wo sie neben Ballett und zeitgenössischem Tanz auch Theaterunterricht erhielt. Dort trat sie auch in Produktionen von den Choreografen Kenneth Greve und Jorma Elo auf. Im Jahr 2022 trat sie in das Bachelor-Programm der Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden ein; dort tanzte sie in verschiedenen Choreografien u. a. von Ioannis Mandafounis, Katharina Christl, Jon Ole Olstadt, Aaron S. Watkin und Ohad Naharin. Seit dieser Spielzeit ist sie Elévin der Tanzcompagnie.
