Alessio absolvierte seine Ausbildung an der Balletto di Toscana Schule in Florenz. Von 2014 bis Juli 2021 war er Mitglied der Gauthier Dance Company im Theaterhaus Stuttgart, wo er mit bekannten Choreografen wie Jiří Kylián, Hofesh Shechter, Marco Goecke, Mauro Bigonzetti, Ohad Naharin und anderen zusammenarbeitete. Er hat eigene Choreografien für die Gauthier Dance Company für Galas und Wettbewerbe geschaffen, was ihm den Einstieg als Choreograf in deutschen und italienischen Theatern ermöglichte. Zudem entwickelte er für das Theaterhaus-Projekt in Stuttgart ein Stück für junge Amateurtänzer und war an choreografischen Projekten von Chris Jäger in Berlin sowie Filipe Portugal in Baden (Schweiz) beteiligt. Häufig gibt er auch Unterricht in Italien. Bei der Tanzcompagnie wird er teilweise die Trainingsleitung übernehmen und das choreographische Repertoire pflegen.

From 2014 to July 2021, he was a member of the Gauthier Dance Company at the Theaterhaus Stuttgart, where he collaborated with renowned choreographers such as Jiří Kylián, Hofesh Shechter, Marco Goecke, Mauro Bigonzetti, Ohad Naharin, and others.He has created his own choreographies for the Gauthier Dance Company for galas and competitions, which allowed him to debut as a choreographer in German and Italian theaters. Additionally, he developed a piece for young amateur dancers for the Theaterhaus project in Stuttgart and participated in choreographic projects by Chris Jäger in Berlin and Filipe Portugal in Baden (Switzerland).He also frequently teaches in Italy. At the Tanzcompagnie, he will partly take on the daily training and direct the rehearsals of existing pieces.
