Catherine wurde in Australien geboren, wo sie ihre erste Tanzausbildung erhielt, beginnend an der Australian Ballet School zwischen 2016 und 2018, und später von 2019 bis 2021 an der Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School. Im Jahr 2022 zog sie nach Deutschland und trat dem Bachelor-Programm der Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden bei. Dort sammelte sie neben den akademischen Tanzfächern Bühnenerfahrung in Arbeiten von Craig Davidson, Jon Ole Olstad, Katharina Christl und Ohad Naharin. Sie hatte die Gelegenheit, an der Produktion „Join“ von Iannis Mandafounis am DFDC teilzunehmen und nahm Unterricht beim Gründer von DV8, Lloyd Newson, bei Impuls Tanz in Wien. In letzter Zeit hat sie in der freien Szene in Dresden getanzt und sogar eigene Arbeiten choreografiert. In der Saison 2025/26 beginnt sie als Elévin bei der Tanzcompagnie.
